practice includes all facets of litigation, from the pleading stage
through trial and appeal. Bob represents employers and municipal
entities, typically in cases involving civil rights and employment
discrimination claims. He has handled numerous cases in both
federal and state court, as well as before government agencies.
Bob is "A/V" rated, which is the highest rating an attorney can achieve.
Bob is an experienced public speaker, having presented numerous
seminars on workplace harassment and employment discrimination to
various private employers, as well as seminars on municipal liability
for civil rights claims to the Municipal Law Subcommittee of the Bar
Association of Metropolitan St. Louis. He has been recognized by Legal Services of
Eastern Missouri for his years of service to the Volunteer Lawyers’
Following college and before attending law school,
Bob served two years with the United States Peace Corps in India.
Bob then worked at the Military Personnel Records Center in St Louis
for over three and a half years.
